Hall For Hire

Our hall is a popular choice for reasonable sized community events, meetings, dance group meetings and community-based activities subject to availability and venue conditions of use. Ample parking and space for all your needs.

Terms & Conditions

  • Booking Fees
    Function room hire is $150 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours.
  • Members
    F.C EAGLEHAWK Club members are entitled to a discount of $100 on the total hire cost.
  • Cancellation procedure for 2018/19: Cancellation Time (refund %)  -
    Less than 24 hours prior to booking (no refund) 
    Less than 7 days AND more than 24 hourrs prior to booking (50% refund)  
    More than 7 days prior to booking (80% refund)
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time, or in case of a no show, there will be no refund and the full booking fee will apply
  • Payments
    Payments for Hall must be made at the time of booking.
    No booking will be confirmed until payment is received.
    A Bond of $500 is required at time of booking.

  • Clean Up
    The hirer is expected to have the hall cleaned after use.
    Any hirer using the hall who leaves excessive clean up and need for extensive rubbish removal, or who damages property and equipment at the pitch or pavilion risks penalty
    or a fine (to be determined) and the possible refusal of future bookings. Any damage must be paid on top of the penalty.
